Return Policy

Your Kernel Encore gourmet popcorn is custom made to order and we know you will love it!
If your popcorn was damaged during shipping please save all products and packaging. Then call us at 1-888-POP-POP-8 or submit a message to us from the Contact Us page. All damage claims or product return requests must be made within 3 business days of receiving your order.
If your popcorn is being ordered for a specific date of use we strongly recommend allowing additional time for travel delays. Kernel Encore cannot be held responsible for late packages due to circumstances beyond our control (including incorrect or incomplete addresses, adverse weather, natural disasters, or disruptions in air or ground transportation networks). Our Shipping Policy page explains order processing and shipping in detail.
All refused or undeliverable orders will be refunded if received back in the original unopened packaging. A return/restocking fee will be assessed based on a percentage of the product price (30% for perishable/food items and 15% for non-perishable items). Shipping charges (including return shipping charges) and ALL processing service charges will be deducted prior to issuing the refund. Please Note: Carriers make up to three delivery attempts. After the third attempt, if no alternate delivery arrangements have been made with the carrier by the receiver at the delivery address, the shipment will be returned to us and therefore considered an undeliverable order. If you contact us before the refund is processed, we may at our discretion reship the same items for the actual costs of the return shipment and the reshipment. If a Return Authorization has been approved and a return label has been sent you must get the box(es) to UPS within 3 business days for the Return Authorization to remain in effect.
