Kernel Encore Gourmet Popcorn makes your popcorn after you order it to guarantee freshness. Orders received by 7:00 AM Eastern Time usually ship the same or next business day. Some orders may require additional production time. During checkout you may request the date you would like to receive your order. For fastest service choose "Ship as soon as possible". If you absolutely must have your popcorn by a specific date please let us know during checkout. If we cannot accommodate your request we will contact you before proceeding with your order.

 

Shipments leave our facility after 4:00 PM Eastern Time. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is ready to leave our facility. You may receive a shipping confirmation late in the day or over the weekend for an order that will not leave our facility until the next business day. The tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation will give you the ability to track your package on UPS.com, FedEx.com or USPS.com after the package is scanned into their system.

 

We ship our products using UPS, FedEx and USPS shipping services to addresses within the United States and District of Columbia. We use USPS Priority Mail shipping services for all shipments to domestic post office boxes, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. All shipping charges are determined by the total weight of the product ordered. The related costs are displayed in your shopping cart before completing the checkout process.

The maps below shows the number of business days your order will be in transit from the day it ships out. Production time is added to these transit times.

 

 

USPS Priority Mail promises delivery within 1-3 business days. This is not a guaranteed service.

 

All references to time-in-transit are provided by each shipping service. Service time guarantees, if available from the shipping service, do not include our order production time.

 

ALL orders during the holiday season (December 12 through just after New Year's Day) are processed as quickly as possible. Due to the high volume of orders, production time by Kernel Encore, shipping times by the various shipping services, and requested delivery dates are not guaranteed during this peak period.
