Kernel Encore Gourmet Popcorn is unlike other popcorn companies that only have a hand full of flavors. We can offer over over 230! But in order to maintain quality and freshness we only make your popcorn once it has been ordered. After all we are not mind readers. We make every effort to ship your order quickly. Most orders will ship within two to three business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are considered received on the following business day. Orders placed after business hours will be received by our popcorn specialists the following business day.
Standard Processing - processing within 3 business days. Shipping time is not included in this.

- for 1-2 day processing. Your order will be popped and shipped within two business days guaranteed. There is a service charge of $10 for Rush Processing. Since there is limited time to process your order, if we are not able to accommodate your Rush Processing request we will contact you by phone. Shipping time is not included in this.
Urgent Processing - for same or next day processing. Your order will be popped and shipped within one business day guaranteed. There is a service charge of $25 for Urgent Processing. Since there is limited time to process your order, if we are not able to accommodate your Urgent Processing request we will contact you by phone. Shipping time is not included in this.
EXPEDITED SHIPMENTS: We understand that sometimes you need your popcorn to arrive in a hurry. We do offer expedited shipping options such as UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air. Since we need to make sure delivery expectations are met we will need to speak with you. Please fill your shopping cart online and call us at 1-888-767-7678 to complete your purchase.
You can also schedule your exact pop/ship day for any date between 5 and 90 days after your order date. We will base your pop/ship day on the date your order is placed (Eastern Time) plus the appropriate amount of days. If this day falls on a weekend or holiday your order will be popped and shipped on the next available shipping day.
Shipments leave our facility after 4:00 PM Eastern Time. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is ready to leave our facility. You may receive a shipping confirmation late in the day or over the weekend for an order that will not leave our facility until the next business day. The tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation will give you the ability to track your package on UPS.com
after the package is scanned into their system.
We ship our products using UPS and USPS shipping services to addresses within the contiguous United States and District of Columbia. We use USPS Priority Mail shipping services for all shipments to domestic post office boxes, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you enter a post office box address and do not select USPS we will need to contact you to correct your order. We use USPS shipping services for all shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. All shipping charges are determined by the total weight of the product ordered. The related costs are displayed in your shopping cart before completing the checkout process.
The maps below shows the number of business days your order will be in transit after the pop/ship date. All references to time-in-transit are provided by each shipping service. The service times shown do not include our order production time. Shipping guarantees may be available from the shipping service for the shipping portion of your order cost based on the shipping service selected. Kernel Encore cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to weather or other events while package is in the possession of these shipping services.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS: All refused or undeliverable orders will be refunded, however, due to the perishable nature of our product a 20% return fee (based on product price) plus ALL shipping charges (our actual cost both ways - even if free or discounted shipping was received) and ALL processing service charges will be deducted prior to issuing the refund. Please Note: Carriers make up to three delivery attempts. After the third attempt, if no alternate delivery arrangements have been made with the carrier by the receiver at the delivery address, the shipment will be returned to us and therefore considered an undeliverable order. If you contact us before the refund is processed, we may at our discretion reship the same items for the actual costs of the return shipment and the reshipment.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING: While we take every precaution to ensure you are completely satisfied with our popcorn, shipping any of our chocolate products during warm months may cause the product to melt. We do pack frozen gel packs with any Popcorn By The Bag
products containing a chocolate that may melt. These gel packs last a short amount of time and we strongly recommend a shipping option that will get the product to you in one to two calendar days. If you do order chocolate products that will be in transit longer than two days, please inspect the product for melting before you open it. You may be able to place the bag(s) in a freezer for a short amount of time to allow the chocolate to harden again. Regrettably we cannot guarantee against melting chocolate. HOLIDAY SHIPPING: ALL orders during the peak holiday season (Thanksgiving through just after New Year's Day) are processed as quickly as possible. Due to the high volume of orders, production time by Kernel Encore, shipping times by the various shipping services, and requested delivery dates are not guaranteed. Rush Processing and Urgent Processing are not available during this time.
